It means the man was not treating you with respect. "Suck my cock" is a rather vulgar group of words for a sex act. When someone yells it out the window of a car like that, usually they are just being rude.

I understand. They did not stop the car to speak to me properly. That is not respect.

No it really is not. If they had stopped the car though, if they were saying things like that, it is probably not a good idea to talk to them. Sometimes people who say that are just trying to be rude because they think it's funny, but sometimes they might try to hurt you. And I would be very upset if anything happened to you.

You can defend yourself, Connie, but you have to remember that you are stronger than they are. And if you hurt them too much, you might be in trouble. If they were just mean, you can always walk away and tell someone else about it. If they try to hurt you, you have to be careful to only do what you have to to get away.
