twitch, twitch
I woke up with the migraine I fell asleep with last night. Is that a bad sign? It's like right behind my left eye and is kinda making my eye twitch. Last night I didn't take any ibuprofen because it was so bad I wanted to see what was going on, and now that it's lasted this long I don't want to take any now. Hmmmm
Luckily today I'm working a half day starting at 11:30, so it has time to go away. Last night I went to parent teacher conferences with Annie, the chick I'm long term subbing for. It was pretty funny because Kyle was sitting at the next table over doing his conferences and kinda laughing at me. So I was working from 7:30 to 9, 3:30-9 for free yesterday..which I guess could explain the headache. It was good to see how she interacts with the parents though because I am going to ahve to do a parent teacher conference all by myself in April. Yikes.
So we had a really nice weekend. Out of the blue Kyle decided he wants to be a nature photographer. So I have a nice, but old, Canon that I showed him how to use and we went out to the Garden of the Gods and took lots of pictures. It was really nice to be outside and walking around, and of course I absolutely adore the fact that Kyle wants to do Fine Art. I always kind of had the fantasy of following my National Geographic photog husband around to South America and Africa and see the world. I never told him that so it's kinda funny. He's pretty good- I think he's going to struggle with not having instant perfect pictures. Ya know since art isn't quite as directly controlled as say, playing a guitar is. And I hope he has the patience to learn enough about what is good, before he gets frustrated. Anyway, here's one of the pictures I think he's done with.
Anyway, I agree about the girl friends thing. Most of the time when I'm out with girls, I think to myself, I'd rather be hanging out with my dogs. Cuz they're way cooler than you. Haha. What can you do though. Alright I'm gonna go see if I can get rid of this headache....
