Fuckity fuck fuck.

I'm at the very end of my story. The climax has come and gone, and all that remains is the conclusion. The problem is that this story takes place amidst a rather staggeringly complicated set of circumstances, as per the world history/setting that I've concocted. I'm having some difficulty as the conclusion involves unveiling part of what's happening on a greater scale. Ergo the problem = I don't know how much explaining I should do at the end. I need to explain enough so that someone who isn't intimately familiar with the setting can have a feeling for what's just happened, but I don't want to over-exposit and risk going into a boring-but-informative history lesson.

I want to avoid the "what the fuck just happened?" effect, but I also don't want to cackling villain to reveal his grand plan at the end of the story, which is pretty much the alternative.

FUCKITY.

Oh, and 11,300 words now. I'll definitely have it wrapped up before 12,000.
