Can it be Friday?
I've decided to go to NYC for my birthday. I have been putting off going down to visit the crazy birdgirl ever since she moved down earlier this year. I don't really have the money to do it, but I have credit cards and plan to be small in my purchases. I just need to start my 26th year out differently than I have have the previous 25. I need to be big and do fun things right off the bat. I need to light a fire under my ass and get moving. I have spent the past couple of years licking wounds that are now beginning to fester and that's just no good. I need to pile on the salve of new experiences, new memories, and new happinesses. Cause right now I am just damn boring.
I've also come to the conclusion that I SUCK at staying in touch with my friends. Even when something major happens in their lives and they could use as much support as they can get. So I'm gonna work on that as well.
