been a while
my computer is finally up and running, even if it is temporarily positioned on Abby's desk instead of mine. Mine didn't survive the move. Not because of anything the movers did wrong (it isn't broken or anything). I just can't get the screws figured out, and some of the cams got screwed up, and it just doesn't want to go together tightly again anyhow. So I am now waiting for my new desk to arrive. It is backordered, so I really hope it doesn't take too long.
In other news, I have two firsts to report for young Master Aidan. The first is that he crawled yesterday! He was sitting in the play yard throwing his pacifier and then rolling to retrieve it, and one time he threw it in front of himself instead of to the side. So instead of rolling, he leaned forward into a hands-and-knees position, and crawled to get it. It was so cool! He did a great job, and I am very proud! :-)
The second is that he has officially cut his first tooth! The previously mentioned tooth turned out to be a fluke, because the gum formed back over it and it has still not come back out (I think he just bit down too hard on something and forced that one to poke through too soon). This time, however, the whole tooth is visible through the gum and the whole top of the tooth is through, so it is definitely here to stay! Took him long enough, LOL!
GTG now, he is crying... hopefully I will have a chance to post more of an update another time....
