US CELLULAR SUCKS
i am being completely screwed by US Cellular. i just got off the phone with them. again. i have been their customer for years and years and years, but i will NEVER use them again and will now badmouth them any chance i get.
i am being charged for 150 text messages that never existed (seriously. 150 texts to the same out of area number every few minutes for three days. it's OBVIOUSLY a glitch somehow, but do they care? no), and for $200 of incoming phone calls that the sales agent deceitfully failed to tell me would no longer be free when i changed my phone plan. do they care? no.
fuck them.
