(no subject)
So I know I promised you all some details from my trip... but I still don't feel much like writing them out right now...
What I do feel like sharing is the fact that I got an email from my potential grad school supervisor at the University of Alberta last week! That's right folks...according to the email my "application to graduate studies has made it through the various channels and is now on [his] desk"... I'm not sure if that means I'm in and he wants to get a head start on things or if he gets the final say as to if I should be accepted but either way he's calling me tomorrow afternoon at 2:30pm to discuss my "application, timelines and possible research projects", so I'm very encouraged! Could it be... could I possibly actually have a chance at getting into grad school? Is it true? I can't even fathom it! Could I really be living in Edmonton Alberta this time next year? One can only hope! But I dare not get too excited yet... nothing is final until I get that acceptance letter! I'm still very encouraged though! *Smiles*
In other news, I am SO jet lagged right now it's not even funny! It's 11:40pm right now... but I feel like it's 6:40pm. Oi! I'm also sick so that definitely doesn't help matters! Stupid sinuses!
