Unethical Love??
So far this is what i know about him:
1. he was born in austria, raised in DC.
2. he was a rebellious teenager and use to get into a lot of fights. He was expelled from countless schools and was in and out of juvenile detentions throught his childhood.
3. his family moved around ALOT. because of that, he never made long lasting friendships
4. he was raised in a single parent home. his mother primarly being mother/father to him and his sister.
5. he dropped out of high school and received his GED in 1994. he spent 2 years working countless odd jobs, earning nothing more then minimum wage.
6. he enrolled in community college and received his AA in Art History.
7. He transferred to VCU. He received his BA in Art History and graduated with honors
8. then went on to recieve his Master in Fine Arts / Photography, graduated with honors
9. currently he's working on PH.D in Fine Arts / Photography
10. He teaches Photography 101 and advanced Studio Lighting Techniques at a community college in Richmond and George Mason University in Fairfax
11. He also teaches at VCU
12. His passion is documentary photography
13. His musical taste ranges from Thrash Metal to Experimental Jazz.
14. He's a chain smoker
15. He also works as a Concert Stage Handler for local arenas.
16. He can hook me up with concert tickets to almost any show.
17. He loves to tell Jesus jokes. During class, he shared this one with me:
Why was Jesus crucified?
Answer : He forgot to say the "safety word"
18. He hates fast food and avoids it as much as possible.
19. He perfers to eat organic foods.
20. He barely makes 24K
21. on the side, he makes extra cash as a wedding photographer. This pays better then the teaching gigs.
22. he also does "food" photography. he would rather photograph food then bitchy anorexic models.
23. He plays the keyboards
24. He's seeing someone but according to him "its not serious". He uses her place to crash only when he's in town. Other than that, they are just friends with benefits.
25. He's 30 years old.....going on 15.
26. he skateboards in the hallways and to class.
27. He admits he's an "angry individual", which is the reason why he is artist.
28. His mother lives in Springfield, va.
29. he practically lives in his car because his work requires him to be constantly traveling.
30. his car is a FILTHY MESS
31. In his car, there is clothes scattered all over the front and back seats. I picked up a pair of his clean underwear, showed it to him and said "nice undies". At this point, i knew he was embarrassed because he was laughing rather nervously. Plus his ears turned bright red.
32. To this day he can't believe i picked up his underwear.
33. after that incident he promised to clean his car
34. He mentioned that if i needed extra lab hours, he was more than willing to come in on Sundays to assist. He said "im all about helping the students"
.......yeah, we all know what he means by that.
Observations i have made
1. He's a kid stuck inside the body of a grown ass man
2. He may have Adult ADHD (attention deficit hyperactive disorder)
3. He has a beer belly
4. he's always late to class.
5. he wears the same dirty grey vans to class
6. he wears the same khaki cargo shorts to class
7. He's very intelligent
8. Even though he claims to be "angry", he is EXTREMELY friendly. and can get along with mostly anyone.
9. He claims to make very little money, but i beg to differ.
10. He loves going to concerts. especially metal shows.
11. he likes to mosh at these shows.
12. He enjoys fine wines and fine cuisine
13. Has no visible tattoos or piercings
14. tends to sweat when in stressful situations
15. He's cute in a scruffy, grungy, very low maintenanced type of way.
16. He's disorganized to the millionth power
17. He let's me argue with him.
18. He looks me in the eye when he's speaking to me
19. I've caught him staring at me on more than one occasion
20. He gets nervous around me
21. He let me choose the "driving" music
22.we made a connection with the ska band Less Than Jake.
23. Since then he says he can't seem to get that Less Than Jake song out of his head.
i haven't been able to get that Less Than Jake song out of my head either.
Im extremely infatuated with my photography professor. i can't seem to get him out of my mind. he's not what i would normally be attracted to. But maybe thats why i like him. I've never met a man like him before. He intrigues me...
