Ummmm...
Well..I am a complete noob when it comes to LJ. It confuses the crap out of me - lol! But um..well..I am a HP fanfiction addict...I read and read and read and get myself in to big trouble by forgetting to work or sleep when I get wrapped up in a great story.
I am unfortunately one of those who do not review but I definitely have my favorites!!! I try not to read WIP as I get so upset when I'm pulled in so well and left hanging!! But that said..I dont have a particular ship..I started out DM/HG (Coloured Grey - great site!) and then read the great stories at Granger Enchanted which through a couple of favorite authors found TPP (wonderful site - recommend hugely). TPP has made me a SS/HG as well..and I have a soft spot for a well written HP/HG. Well..to be perfectly honest...as long as its well written I enjoy nearly every ship except for perhaps canon - you know..RW/HG. I never saw the attraction there...I thought JK forced the hell out of that pairing...it never felt real...I mean I can understand a crush or something but really...Marriage? Those two would be horrible!!!
And while I'm at it...I loved DH until the epilogue. What the hell was that? It was like JK was marking her territory!! Kind of like an afterthought...oh and these are my characters, you will not infer other relationships, etc. Mine, Mine, MINE! Which is her right after all...but Ron? Honestly!!! So I love AU, and EWE. I especially love after Hogwarts fics...I love giving them a life, careers, dating, the whole shebang. I have not written my own...not from not wanting too..more like too lazy and scared to.
So there you go...I will now step down from my soap box ;D
