My first attempt at HP fanfiction
After reading the challenge #2 at dramione_ldws, I finally got the flash of inspiration to write something for fanfiction. I have always wanted to..but held myself back convinced it wouldnt be good enough or would be inane or yadda yadda yadda. You know the drill ;D. But this arrived and it was a perfect little capsule but I had no idea what to do with it once written. Big thanks go to floorcoaster for not only reading it and enjoying it but for letting me know where to post it!!! A truly wonderful person (and a great writer too!). So without further ado here is my little drabble - Ownership rights?
“Psstt…that’s a nice set there.”
She shivered in revulsion as she felt the air caress her ear. Her nose rose higher trying to gain oxygen rich air amongst the overwhelming fumes of firewhiskey. The stench was so strong that her bushy mane began to curl into itself in a feeble attempt to get away. Tamping down her need to smack this man or at least to hex his manly bits, she glanced down to the scoop neck tank top that the blistering heat earlier in the day had demanded she wear. Noting all was in place, she sighed in exasperation and started to turn. Yet, before her head had completed its rotation, she felt a quick movement to her left and noticed the blessedly fresh air whooshing its way towards her. The loud clunk of drunken male hitting the ground behind her let her know the problem had been dealt with. The grey eyed, blonde knight in shining armor kicked the drunk in stomach proclaiming, “Aye! They’re a nice set but they’re MINE!”
