I feel like a very odd fan...
I think I'm the one who cares more for the cast having to say goodbye to the films than the actual films themselves. I felt a bit of sadness when I read Alan Rickman's letter to empire magazines, as well as reading the quotes and transcripts from the red carpet premiere. I almost started crying at my work desk when I read Ruper Grint's quote. I know the feeling of saying goodbye to a production I've worked on and doing one last round with your castmates before it all ends officially. I've never done anything as long as the HP cast has, let alone getting the chance to grow up with the people you've worked with, so I know their emotions were/are much greater. I envy them for that, really.
