We got interims today.. and I'm not doing so well as I thought I was.. I have a C in trig now :( I already have a C in chem, I don't need any more >.< I don't have the time or money to get a tutor, and I would never be able to stay after school for that long anyway because of track, and my weekends are my only free time; there's no way I would give that up. And even most of my Saturdays are taken up by track meets, so really it comes down to Sunday being my only free day.
I can also technically get my learner's permit this Decemeber, which is something I really want to do.. but in order to do that I have to forfeit the opportunity to have a cell phone >.> Dad says he doesn't want me to drive and talk on the cell at the same time O.-
That also brings me to the issue of me getting a job. See, I really do want to get one, so I can earn money for myself, instead of having to constantly ask my parents for money, for clothes etc., things I want to buy, it's really too much of a hassle to carry on. Plus there are the anime cons that I desperately want to go to, and cosplay at, but I have to depend on my parents for material/costume money too, and they say that it's such a waste of my life, but I really enjoy it, it just happens to be expensive. :P
But as far as I'm concerned, I have absolutely no time in my schedule to get a job, and with no job, I won't be able to get money. And as long as I don't have money of my own, I can't get clothes for myself, I can't buy random little things that I would like to, and I can't have a few hundred backed up for any anime convention.
And my dad still refuses to buy anything online! I don't see what the big deal is; if thousands of people do it and don't have their credit account jacked, then I don't see why it would happen to us. So as long as he isn't ok with it, I can only really ask my friends to buy things for me online. Speaking of which, I found the KH2 Ultimania Alpha, and I really want it for xmas. In fact I think if I only got that one thing, I would be fine with not getting anything else.
