Because I want there to be no confusion at all...
I just wanted to make sure that you all know how I feel. I wanted to make sure that certain things were said, if only in this limited format. So here goes:
I know this whole move thing is all crazy, but I really think that it will work out well for me. The hardest part, hands down, without any kind of question or doubt is moving away from so many of my friends and my family. Quite frankly you all have been some of the best people that I will ever know and I will miss you all dearly on the days when I don't get to see you in the future. Please know that no one will ever be able to replace you in my life. Sure, I'll find other friends, but they will be more names on the list, not replacing old ones that I have scratched off. I hope that when we meet again, we can pick right back up where we left off. Sure, there will likely be a bit of catching up done, but then things should move right back into the old swing of things.
Once I have a place of my own, I will have a very open couch policy. I will do what I can to have space and time available to any and all of you whom decide to come and visit me and/or Chicago. Within reason of course.
You people really are some of the best people in the world, and I only say some because I am still young and there are many more people for me to meet still. I love you all, and I thank you all for your friendship, love, honesty, and help over the years that I have known you. I look forward to many more years like that as well.
