..a book that doesnt end about a story that hasnt started..
Chatted with one of the guys from 'Icarus Escapes the Atmosphere' tonight. Working on getting a photo shoot worked in to their schedule...and hopefully get some good promo shots out of it. I was fortunate to see one of their first shows not to long ago, and plan on attending at least one more this wednesday; maybe saturday as well. Thanks Andrea, for inviting me to their first show! im anxious to hear more from them!
Have come to the conclusion that [mewithoutyou] is now one of my Favourite bands. i have had their album not only in my play list on my computer, but also in my CD player in the car for about the past month and a half. hopefully, i'll get to see them when they play with Blindside. They are playing in my home town: Portland Oregon in September...but, alas i wont be there! Damn! another good band playing at home when im not there! i missed AFI two times because i was here...and not there! i guess thats how it goes though.
currently working on some lyrics for 'Fall Before.' (Im anxious to become a part of the band!) i started working on them a week or so ago, but after looking at them more, realized that i was trying to hard.. So, after about 5 or so hours of Norma Jean, Mewithoutyou, and Atreyu... and a little relaxation i have some lyrics that im happy with. they will need some fine tuning, but im pleased with how they turned out.
well, im off to the end of another X-files eppisode, a few edits to a photo, and then to bed.
