More news commentary

So this woman Amanda Jax died because of drinking on her 21st birthday. I just saw on the news that no charges are being pressed against the people with her or the bartender. I'm sorry, maybe I'm just an idiot, but how can a bartender serve a girl until her blood alcohol level is .46 (five times the legal limit, isn't it?) and have it be okay? They said he was a new bartender or something but I know teenagers who would know to cut her off before this person did.

I'm sure they feel bad and such, but I think that since none of the cops were surprised and it's a town with a decent sized college it's a bit important to make it known that it is important to, you know, not over serve?
