So...How Many People On My Friend's List Are Doing NaNoWriMo This Year?
I’m just curious who is going to suffer with me XD I really am going to do it this year. I figure it’s the only way I’m going to force this plot I’ve had in my head for years out! Just write it out, write whatever. I’m sure the first draft will be horrible but that’s what NaNo is about right? I think there are two people on here that know what plot I’m talking about. No, I still haven’t gotten the world building down pat yet but I’m going leave that till November and see what I can come up with as I go. It should be a fun, crazy month.
And it will all be apart of my crazy novel writing master plan! Get the novel written, edit it, edit again, edit again, start sending it out for those rejection letters! That’s the master plan.
Before then however I have a story for a fest due! Honestly it doesn’t feel as nerve racking as in August when the first fest was due. I actually had nightmares about people telling me I suck at writing. Kinda sad that out of everything that is going on in my life, that is what manifests into my subconscious.
I really should post more. I know I say that a lot and then don’t actually do anything but I don’t believe my day to day is worth writing down in detail. Small things sure. Like, I got an email from my college suite mate Annette for the first time in years and we got to talking about wedding inspiration boards. She said she would make me a new one. I’m oddly excited about that. That was over the weekend.
Also my boyfriend and I went to King of Prussia Mall on Monday cause we were both off and he’s been wanting to go to the Cheesecake Factory. The food is mediocre but perhaps it’s about what I got. I had fettuccini alfredo with chicken. Sauce was under seasoned, the chicken had no season and were like chunks not like nicely cut strips of grilled chicken or even some kind chicken meat ball just an oddly shaped chunk. So, I wouldn’t order that again. The cheesecake was good. Of course that should be expected. If you name a place “The Cheesecake Factory” the cheesecake better be spot on. I had a Chocolate cocoanut cream cheesecake. It taste like a snickerdoodle (Are they called snickerdoodles still?) Suppose I my brother shouldn’t be so upset that the Cheesecake factory at Disney Quest closed.
Oh yeah, count down to Disney! We bought the tickets the first week of September. I can’t wait! I don’t give a shit who has what to do, either go or don’t go but I’m going. I have the time off, I will gladly go myself because I have been waiting for this for three years. We’re not pushing it back again.
Suppose that is all I have to say for now. Though I am curious about one thing. If in NaNo, one gets to 50k of words, does this happen…?
