Life + Ficlet
So, it's 12:15 and I'm supposed to be writing all sorts of things I'm not, and instead I'm going through lj...I read a fic that totally inspired me to post my little ficlet that I wrote for Claudia.

She was slightly unsure as to how he'd ended up on top of her, smiling, hair falling into his eyes, topless, only a small gold chain dangling from his neck. Somehow they'd managed to make it back to her apartment. Tomorrow foggy memories would slowly become clearer. She'd remember the horrendous amounts of alcohol she had had, and the cab ride back to her place. How he had made sure she could walk straight before he made to go back and how she'd grabbed his arm and pulled him inside her door instead. How they had sat in her kitchen while she sobered up and he got drunker, until they were about the same. How neither had intended it to go quite like this, it was but an innocent night out with friends. Yet, the slight brush of his finger across her arm had sent shivers running from the spot. How his tousled hair was suddenly appealing and the way he parted his lips made her lick hers. How in one moment he pulled her face by her chin and kissed her.
He looked down into her eyes, panting slightly, a faint outline of his broad shoulders and defined jaw glinted in the dusky light of her bedroom. She grabbed the necklace and pulled him down, pressing her lips against his. Tomorrow she'd remember.
So there it is...my baby...for now. I kinda love it, but it's really very short, I didn't even realize *how* short it was until now, but it originally was only meant to be a scene within a fic, but that changed and I wanted it to simply stand alone instead.

So onto the rest of my life...I have a whole bunch of papers to write by tomorrow at noon, cause that's when I have class and then directly after class I'm going home, though now that I'm not picking Jenn up I can take my time a little more. Oh, right. JENN'S HOME!!! I missed her like crazy, so glad we're living together next year ^^. And I'm officially taking Japanese 101 next semester, as well as Spanish 202...yeah, I'm excited lol...for both, surprisingly.
Me and Alex didn't really work out, but hey, it's a start. I've officially dated, so that's good. But I didn't go to his birthday celebration last week, mostly cause my friends, who invited me like a month ago, had theirs at the same time, and partly cause I was feeling bitter about several things, mostly our last date which ended up being with a three person thing when his friend tagged along, but guess who became the third wheel? Me. And I paid for my own dinner. I don't think we were entirely compatible, but it was nice having somebody interested in you and vice versa, so that's cool. I don't feel bad, but I think he's pissed off now. *shrugs* Who knows.
I also figured out that there's nobody who can focus me, not even me. It's quite frightening and not at all good when hw comes along. *sigh*
OOO, I got Squishy to finally take a look at Shinhwa...now we just have to get her hooked and then we can move on to H.O.T and finally click B lol...
Anyway, I'm off to work -- hopefully.
