New dressform is way better than old dress form. It's actually my body shape now! Uniquely You dress forms SUCK unless you've used them before. I got a Dritz My Double (since everyone seemed to suggest that one). I love it. I just finished setting it up. Off to work on stuff now! And my new ruffler foot should arrive by Monday or Tuesday. Now I can really start Kaylee! Well more of the bottom anyway. I'm still having issues on the top piece. I also started fabric hunting for the White Queen and may have found some possibilities. I also started modifying a pattern for my Gaga, but I don't think this dress pattern will work. My fabric isn't 100% to Gaga's but I already have it and it's easy to work with so I'm keeping it.
New Moon DVD midnight release tomorrow!!! My friend Lily is coming to pick me up. I'm excited. I can't wait to get my DVD. And then Saturday morning I'm meeting a friend of mine and her kids. Yay!! They got stationed at Fort Campbell and they're staying the night in Columbus on their way through to FL. I miss them so much! You may remember them as the couple dressed as Jedi w/ the two younglings in tow from DragonCon in 2008.
Anyway, gonna take a very quick shower then get some of this stuff put together.
BTW, if anyone saw my previous post please let me know if you want anything. If not I'm going to put it up on Ebay and the Cosplay.com marketplace. I figured my friends should be first if there's something they want.
