Next, for those who read my last post...thanks for letting me vent a bit. I needed to. I haven't heard anything yet from my mom, but I'm going to call her tonight when she gets off work.
Today is the first day in three weeks I've slept in...and it felt great! We didn't get home from the concert til after midnight. We didn't even stay for SlipKnot and I really don't mind. We were all very cold and wet and extremely tired. It rained the whole time and we were on the lawn. Good grief. Oh and to those morons that kept getting busted for having pot or whatever else they were smoking...HA! Idiots. Whatever these people were smoking...good grief. I left with the most massive head ache. I can't see how that's enjoyable. Then again I've never done drugs before and don't ever care to. A contact high (or contact head ache) is more than enough for me.
Mastadon was really good. I had only ever heard a couple songs of theirs so to hear more and to find out that they're all from Atlanta was pretty cool. Dragonforce I didn't really like at first (my husband has several of their CDs), but after hearing them live I like them a lot. I really enjoyed them.
Disturbed...wow. LOVE THEM!! My husband was laughing cause I was jumping and banging my head and just totally rocking out to them. I love Disturbed. They definitely made the evil rainy trip to and from Atlanta well worth it.
Ok off to make breakfast, take care of the animals, and work on Hikaru and Tifa. Yes, Giselle is done except for the lace. I had to buy more the other day cause I ran out. Eeps. lol.
