So, this physical therapy tape that is pulling my shoulder back into it's proper position, has one draw back. it smells. and I think that by the weekend it will stink >_<
Because I have to have it on untill sunday and it already have a .... distinct odour ^^; even if I wash it when I shower... not to mention, I'm somewhat curious what my skin will look like when I take it off, if I don't just take the skin right off with it. this shit sticks on tight ^^
in other news. trained yesterday, new training regime (greater weight, fewer reps and more sets) is working =D I'm already seeing improvement, at this rate, if I keep up the regime. I should be presentable come summer =)
To add the process of turning this doughy exteriour of mine into something decently manly, I've taken a radical stance to cola, which is my main sugar intake.
zero tolerance, I shall not drink it. (parties being the exception, cause I want to have atleast a little fun when it's party time) But other than that, not weekends, not "fyraftens" rounds, cinemar or eating out. No coke for me.
Because I've tried for years with rules, only drinking one can a day, only buy one can at a time and so forth. Somehow I always work around the rules or bend them or there is the exception "oh I'm sick, buhu for me, I can drinke a coke"
No cola for me, periode with the one exception of parties. So far I've managed 4 days ^^; the worst withdrawal sympthoms have already reared their ugly heads. I'm constantly thirsty and feel tired all the time. but the first week is the worst and in anothet two weeks my body should have gotten rid of the sugar addiction.
