I am sore. I was packing my office stuff up and cleaning and moving furniture to arrange my new office before the move. Yes, I am that sort of control freak, but I also have a lot of breakable shit and I've never had anything break, so the effort is worth it.
I'm moving to be in between my new manager and his manager. I expect I'll get more done in the new location, both due to proximity and the fact that I won't be randomized by my old team since I won't be right there.
