another update from work... :o)
Working at the front desk right now and its sooo slow! All the kids went to the beach for the day and of course all the childcare staff went with them so its been incredibly quiet. Not sure why no one else has been around but I've been catching up on some reading so I guess it's not so bad.
My online class started Tuesday and its already got me stressed. First of all, I kept waiting for some type of confirmation in my email but instead a letter was mailed to my parents with instructions on how to log in and all kinds of information that would have been nice to have ahead of time. So I didn't get that until Wednesday, the day after the class had started which was awesome since it included a list of things to do before it started.. nice. Love starting out behind. So I finally got everything set up last night and bought my books today. I have 100+ pages to read tonight for a quiz tomorrow.. woo.. on top of work and trying to get packed for camping.. I'm lovin' it..
I have a feeling this is going to be a lot of shit to keep up with and I plan on having some busy weekends so I'll have to fit it in with my work schedule somehow.
Leaving for camping tomorrow!!! I am a very excited girl. I even bought a cute camping chair to sit in hehe. I haven't camped since... well, probably since that mission trip I went on my senior year of high school. Its been a while! I'm looking forward to hanging out with heather again too :o) I wish Trish could come.. but she is meeting us at Heather's house for a cookout on Sunday so I'll get to hang out with my two faves
Things have been pretty busy for me still but nothing super exciting, I just make it a point to never stay home. I used to love being by myself sometimes and just reading or whatever but lately I've been going crazy if I'm home for more than 45 minutes at a time (minus sleeping time, silly) so I've been hanging out with lots of people.. ended my lil' bender though to save cash for the weekend!
