Breathless
Breathing in your scent,
You leave me breathless
Hearing your voice sing my name,
Leaves me breathless
Your eyes so blue,
They’re blinding
Your voice so rough,
You give me shivers
You stare at me intently,
And I’m drowning in your eyes
Now I find I’m falling,
As you have fallen
Your grace abandoned
Your wings in shreds
And all for me,
All because of me.
But at last I feel your lips against my own,
Feel your warmth within my arms
And I grip you tight as you did me
We are together at last.
My angel
You leave me breathless.
