Hey! I made that!
You know that feeling of accomplishment? Like when you make something and you're all proud of it an all. Well, I just had that feeling. I've never been very much of a green thumb until recently. Today for lunch, I made me a salad. Big deal you say? I grew the lettuce (which I did a selective leaf harvest to keep the plants producting), basil (2 kinds), flat leaf parsely, cilantro, and lemon juice. I grew everything in it, except for the olive oil, salt and pepper. It was yum. I am proud. Soon I hope to have my own grown peas and carrots to toss in there too.
