The Pedestal Reviews SFPA's Rhysling Anthology

A nice review of SFPA's 2009 Rhysling Anthology is now available at The Pedestal Magazine. The review, by Janelle Adsit, focuses on the threads that tie the poems together and the shared tastes of SFPA members, since the anthology selections are made by members of the Science Fiction Poetry Association. Poets mentioned include Mike Allen, Geoffrey A. Landis, Samantha Henderson, Amal El-Mohtar, Billy Collins, and others. Here's her conclusion:

"This is an innovative collection. Sometimes eerie, comical, enchanting, and, as in the case of Karen A. Romanko’s “The Invisible Woman Runs for President,” political, the book offers a view into a broad genre-a journey into many worlds, many times, many minds."
