Halloween costumes
Whenever we were invited to costume parties, Bob and I were usually the types who would just rummage in our closets to put together a costume. In this case, we went to a bit more trouble, although we still found most of what we needed in our closets and dressers, such as my leotard and his long underwear. :-) We did, however, actually go out and buy red material for our capes and red knee-socks for our "boots." Bob sewed our emblems by hand! This photo was taken in my parents' backyard in Roslindale, MA circa 1981.
