That Haunting feeling.

At some perfectly acceptable earlier hour, I decided to... leave Ravenclaw proper (which was noisy in less than pleasant ways) to find something more suitable to being claimed as "Birthday-like" in school. Ultimately, nothing more came of this than a few dozen brusies and the furthered knowledge that Konohogwarts is, indeed, entirely haunted. And that some halls have the most ridiculously lewd paintings. I only thank my luck they were sleeping. Mostly.

Tomorrow seems very busy. Best to sleep and grab the day by the GODDAMN BULLHORNS AND WRESTLE THE SODDING FUCKER TO THE GROUND horns and steer toward productivity.

And to sodding well top it off my midnight excursions did not, as I had secretly hoped, end up with a pastry. Or anything. Not even a potato. Or a flower, which I could at least claim something poetic about. What's poetic about sneaking around Konohogwarts and running into a stray Slytherin not once, but twice? Especially when you're fairly certain the only thing they'd love more than getting you caught would be getting you caught while they get off scotch free.

I can, apparently, run. Quite well. Down corridors I've never seen before. I'm surprised I didn't run across more potentially dangerous situations - the worst was a near run-in with the infamous ultimate annoyance ghost after falling down a foot in the dark. Which didn't stay dark long, after I successfully used something I'd read extensively on. Let there be light indeed. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to keep that light, hence the extensive bruising. Which luck granted, no one will notice. I'm well covered.

Given the Slytherin's reference to sticks up asses, I have a feeling he might get on splendidly with Sai.

Which is another source of irritation. I do not enjoy bashing my head against a wall. Especially when there's nothing to be gained, except a migraine. And everyone knows those are just nasty.

I wonder if the actual food portion of Professor Umino's morning planned feast conflicts with classes. In the event that it does, and that class being Defense Against the Dark Arts... Speak for yourselves, but if Professor Hatake is down there, I don't care to sit and learn nothing in the meantime.

Can someone tell me when the whole bloody school became a breeding ground for perversity? I can't find an explanation anywhere in the records. I looked. Twice. Before dinner. And two more times. Afterward. Just in case.

I also haven't sighted Sasuke - I hope he is doing okay. It is concerning. Perhaps he will be in classes. Which makes me wonder as to why or if there is still confusion on which houses share which classes.

On the perversities - perhaps there is an up side. After all, Ino has been approached by Professors to go down on Temari. I suppose it's a blonde thing. Perhaps toss in Naruto, and it would be like a problem-solving-threesome. If only Sai weren't so gay. He'd make it the perfect 4-way solution. ...These thoughts are too disturbing. Where do people even find the time to pursue romantic liasons? There's barely enough to balance seeing what I can of Sasuke when he's around and schoolwork. It does make rivalry a bit unfair if one is willing to give up marks for the pursuit of men.

Oh well. I, Haruno Sakura, won't let something as small as time in a day prevent me from achieving my goals!

Nor will I let others screw up those goals by being idiots. Including house goals. Because I think it is far more than simply viable that Ravenclaw could do quite well by the end of the year. If people don't screw it up by not thinking before speaking. I hope we get to do something physical tomorrow. I feel like hitting something. ♥
