In search of knowledge, once again
Many, many years ago, when MTV was Music Television, and mainly played rock videos, I saw one once that I still can more-or-less remember. It was in black-and-white, and was heavily based on Sergei Eisenstein's Ivan the Terrible movie duology. Having seen some of those flicks in excerpts at St. Olaf, I recognized it instantly.
Unfortunately, at that time we didn't have cable, much less MTV (my parents alternated between spending money like it was water and being as tight as new coats of paint, and television had never been a habit encouraged in our household anyway) so I never found out who made that video, or what it was of. Maybe someone out there with greater expertise than mine can help out? My google-fu is weak.
