So, you know how us Transfans like to come up with creative explanations for animation errors?
I just thought of one. Specifically, you know that scene towards the end of FitS where Starscream and Skyfire face off? It contains a moment that's one of the most beautiful shots of Starscream-in-flight in the G1 Cartoon (IMHO), but is sadly marred by Starscream inexplicably missing his 'Con sigils during that moment. (Us screencappers can't win, can we?)
Now, the explanation I've come up with is - while Starscream was furiously attacking Skyfire, his mind was momentarily flashing back to when he was with Skyfire during his time as an explorer, and the vanishing of the 'Con sigils symbolises as much.
