Sorry folks, no new chapter of EtE for the second week running. I know, I'm a miserable failure. I'll do better next time, promise. What makes it even worse is that chapter 12 was always supposed to be a really short chapter... and once it finally gets written there'll still be another week's wait before I get back to the plot. *cringe*
So I'm trying to make up for this lack of story by finally cracking down on all the ideas for extras I've been coming up with over the past months. I may start fiddling with a song lyrics page on my site, maybe some essays on my favorite Trigun-y songs and other crunchy philosophical goodness, a chapter-by-chapter soundtrack, and a total library redesign. But as of right now I'm working on the biggest, most insane undertaking of all -- I'm illustrating the story. I'm drawing a title banner for every chapter, a cover for the whole thing, and probably other pics that will occur to me as I go... I'll just have to see what comes out.
From now on my website is EtE's main home. Fanfiction.Net and AdultFanfiction.Net both bug me for various reasons, so even thought I'll keep posting in both those places, I'm transferring the bulk of my attention to my site and to LJ. There's probably going to be an ugly mound of chapter posts here either tomorrow or Sunday -- that's just because I want to get EtE into my Memories so I can direct LJers to it more easily.
Phew... now I've got all that talky business taken care of, I can finally go to bed. ^_^. I'll post links as soon as I get the first few chapters' worth of illustrations in place, probably tomorrow.
