1. The first character I fell in love with: Sam
2. The character I never expected to love as much as I do now: Theoden
3. The character everyone else loves that I don't: Legolas.
4. The character I love that everyone else hates: Um... Gimli and/or Gollum
5. The character I would shag anytime: FARAMIR
6. The character I'd want to be like: Um... Sam, Eowyn or book-Faramir
7. The character I'd slap: movie-Frodo
8. A pairing that I love: Faramir/Eowyn
9. A pairing that I despise: Aragorn/Arwen

10. Favorite character: Oh... damn you. Sam, Faramir and Treebeard. And Gimli. And Theoden. And Eowyn. SHUT UP I CAN'T PICK OK.

11. What are my five favorite things about the fandom. Middle-earth, the fact that Tolkien was like "Fuck you Shakespeare, my trees can actually walk", poems that make me bawl ("I sit beside the fire and think," "The road goes ever on," "Still round the corner there may wait," "In Western lands beneath the sun"), burning nostalgia for a place I've never been, friends who feel the same.

12. What are my five least favorite things about the fandom. Jackson's Frodo-Sam-Gollum whinyjealous love triangle, the Osgiliath detour in Jackson's TTT, Tom Bombadil, Helm's Deep (I fall asleep, I'm SORRY), Aragorn/Arwen (Arwen in general)

13. Who are my five favorite characters. LOL, I already did that.
14. Who are my five least favorite characters. Arwen, Tom Bombadil, Legolas, um. Everyone else is at least interesting. Those three are just dull.
15. What are my five favorite pairings. Don't ship much in LotR. Faramir/Eowyn, Sam/Rosie. Kaycee/Eomer?
16. What are my five least favorite pairings. Sam/Frodo. You gais, stop it. It makes my eyeballs bleed. Aragorn/Arwen. Can I say that one enough? Um. Everyone else is cool.
17. Which character are you most like. Aw... I want to think Sam, but it's probably more like Merry. The exasperated caretaker. I've had various Pippins in my life.
18. What is my deep, dark fandom secret. Well, my slightly random and lame fandom secret anyway... Finding out about Balin's death affected me as much if not more than Boromir's death in Fellowship. I read The Hobbit first and I loved Balin so much, it was like losing a friend. On the same token, Bilbo leaving with the Elves at the end broke my heart more than Frodo leaving did.

Also, why don't I have an LotR icon?
