The order number is wrong, my credit card has not expired, and they didn't use my full name in the address despite having it. Is this for real?

2. If you have a new credit card number, please call Indigo Online Billing and Support Team at 1-877-492-7044, Monday - Friday from 9am- 5pm EST. You will be asked to provide your name, order number and new credit card information.
