I really liked the "Coming to America" interludes peppered throughout the book.

I really dislike how long it took me to figure out who Wednesday was. I should have spotted him immediately, but it didn't click for a few pages.

I know, it was such a palm to forehead moment for me and it took me more than a few pages but less time than it took Shadow ;)

It was on the plane, when he said it was "his day" that did it for me.

I had a similar moment when it came to Low-Key. How could I have been so dense?

Indeed, it was one of the best novels I've read in ages. Gaiman never disappoints.

I KNOW! Low-Key was the "OH MAN! HOW DID I MISS THAT!" moment for me.

Once I figured out Wednesday I went through the rest of the days of the week trying to figure out who Wedneday's partner for the two man schemes could have been but Loki doesn't get a day so I didn't see it coming until he showed up as the chauffeur. It was a creeping ah-ha moment.

Such a good writer!

Neil was quite clever. Low-Key is a very plausible nickname, and so it's easy to completely overlook.

I kicked myself for it though.

That book was many flavours of awesome
