people and pharmacy
Ok I have been working as an intern for a week and retail pharmacy is everything I thought it would be butthe people make it almost enjoyable. I mean the people I work with. The people who come in is what gives it the almost. Like if you are calling in a refill for "the embarassing one" I really don't know if you mean viagra or valtrex (herpes).
If you want to return your medicine cause you are a cheap ass don't make up some excusse like "it makes me feel like my blood sugar is too low" ...well ma'am it is insulin.
Or if you are going to come through the drve-thru please be on a motorized vehicle and in more than boxers.
Or screaming that $2 is to much for your heart meds and then proceeding to buy $85 of useless crap is not the best way to ensure quality customer service.
Oh yes and you drug seekers, I understand that I am new, I also understand that there are nifty new prescribing programs that the computer prints out but printing something off of your home computer then tossing at me does not mean you get vicodin. No you get a free ride in a sheriffs car. One week. and this is only the beginning of it.
::sigh:: and its a 24 hour store.
