Wow, last updated 17 weeks ago... Funny, I USED to be better about updating this.
Let's see... At work now, obviously still at Pfizer, at least until January, so at least that gives me THAT much more time to find more permanent work. Summer has been good to me thus far, no complaints really. Well, other than it's too damned muggy and disgusting. And that my week off didn't seem to last nearly long enough. Granted I shouldn't complain, I'm going to have to take another chunk of time off in September when Mom and I go to Europe for her nursing school reunion.
Laura and I are still good. Still doing the whole wedding planning schtick. What a pain in the ass that is. We might very well have to rob a bank just to get by. Well, still at least over a year, still a decent enough time to save as best we can. Kinda makes me a little nervous just thinking about the fact that next November, we're getting married.
All right, that's enough of that, I still have over a year.
Otherwise, stuff's been good. We'll see what the next half year brings at least, and maybe then I'll get a better picture of how wedding planning will be once one year comes.
Back to work, I suppose, even if I have absolutely jack shit to do right now and the guy that normally gives me work isn't here. I don't have my old rights to one of the programs so I can't do that, and I have no guidance otherwise. Maybe if I just LOOK really busy I'll be generally left alone. Yeah, that's it.
