Such Lies!!!
I would just like to start this entry off by saying I'm glad I have a job mow where it doesn't seem like I'm being taken advantage of. They also have to give me warnings if I were to do something wrong. They can't just fire me at the drop of a dime. I'm so much happier where I am now. I wish that I never would have left. But what can I say I'm young and took an opportunity that sounded way to good to be true from the start.
Tristan's mom, Susie, might move in with us. Why?!? Well it's all because of this stupid SLUM LORD named Margine. When Susie first moved into the place the carpets were old, the blinds were old, and Margine's brother was doing touch up with a (single) bucket of paint. I can tell you one thing that carpets looks like the carpet that was put up when the house was built. As, for the blinds; Susie's been cleaning them all the time cuz they're so dirty. Oh, and the day Me, Susie, and Margine did a walk threw before Susie even moved in we found a roach in a matchbox. Margine also told Susie she didn't want anyone other than Susie smoking in the house. Susie said that was fine. Also when we first walked threw Susie asked Margine how much rent was. Margine rattled off a number. Susie said, "Well I only pay a portion of the rent, housing pays the rest. So up it and they'll pay the difference." And by no surprise she did.
Well now that Susie's lease is almost up Margine's grand-daughter has taken it upon herself to walk threw Susie's house and make a list, of what seems to be everything she'd like fixed, about the place. Because as soon as Susie moves out the Grand-daughter is moving in. She said the carpets were old, there was all new paint, the blinds were brand new. Yaha-yada-yada. That's B.S. The list of damages also said that Susie had at that time and date (4-22-2006) that she had 3 dogs in there. Totally lie. Tristan and I bought our house in Feb. and that's when we took Dusty. So there have only been two dogs (Beans and Snickers) there since Feb. It also said that Susie still owed a pet deposit. Well I remember having a conversation with Susie about how Margine asked her what she'd like for her birthday and Susie said that she didn't have any money for another per deposit. Margine said that could be her present. And now since Her Grand-Daughter has stepped into the picture all of a suddenly the pet deposit is brought up again? When it was all taken care of.
The Grand-daughter wrote up a list of damages that there was so much smoke build up, because of everyone smoking in Susie's house, that she needed all the paint re-done cuz it was all brand new anyway. I've never seen any other person smoke inn Susie's house. She sends everyone else outside. For example; Her friend Debbie; My mom; My Dad; Her Daughter Cassie; All of Cassie's friends, etc. Oh, Margine's Grand-daughter has now called Susie a drug addict. They are now saying Susie's being to loud at night. Hmmmm..... Well wasn't Margine that one took off in handcuffs cuz her and her Grand-Daughter were fighting at 12:30 a.m.??? And did I not go back to Susie's house after taking Tristan lunch, at 11:30 p.m. and Margine's Grand-Daughter was fighting with her boyfriend. That pealed out down the road when their conversation was over. So yeah, yet another lie on their behalf.
It's just makes me mad that Susie was told by housing that she has to fix all the damages or she wont get another housing package; which means she'd have to live with Margine for another year. B.S. I can't believe that Susie from the start has tried to help that woman out and now Susie's the liar. Margine can go infront of a judge and state that all the stuff was new but then she would be arrested for perjury. Oh, and if all that stuff was new wouldn't she have receipts?! I also told Susie that if Margine's brother pulled some reciepts out of nowhere that back-dating is illegal and he could also go to jail. My mom told me that Margine needs to come up with the original walk threw sheet, which I'm sure she can't.
