Once you've had a taste of it there's no going back
I need a man with a bike. Okay, so I don't need him; I want him. I went to Bike Night yesterday at Quaker Steak with some people from work. A vendor was in town, and they wanted to see her, and Quaker Steak seemed like the logical place to go. Of course, it rained off and on yesterday, so when we initially got there, there weren't very many bikes, but the parking lot was starting to fill up by the time we left. The bikes made me happy.
I'm going to the Ben Folds/John Mayer concert Sunday. I'm more excited about Ben Folds than John Mayer. I mean, I like John Mayer and I've wanted to see him live before, but Ben Folds is one of my favorite artists. He puts on a good show. I'm really excited about it. I found out my brother's going, which might mean his girlfriend's going. I hope so!
I get a week break from school for the 4th of July, but I plan on doing homework anyway. I figure since I'm going on vacation during my true Week 3, I should probably do my homework before that. I mean, obviously I can do it while I'm there, but I'd kinda like to relax as much as possible. The textbook delivery people wrote back and said they'll send my books out again. I'm shipping them to my parents house in the hopes that no one'll take them. The kids certainly won't be envious of my textbooks! Just to be safe, I'll probably change my shipping address as well. It's kinda a pain in the ass, but I want to make sure that I get my books.
