Why can't it be the "guy who is accusing" Weasley? Someone could have killed Crabbe, changed Goyle's memory, and Disapparated? The second is far too complicated a theory and as for the first, you evidently have no idea what Gregory Goyle and Vincent Crabbe are like. Or were like.

My theories had nothing to do with what I thought actually happened. They merely provided evidence that alternate methods of attack could have been made. Magic is magic.
