Assuming all the new info is correct, Kalimdor is going to flood in the next expansion and Garrosh is exile Thrall (because of Thrall's plans to bring the Alliance and Horde together), assassinates Cairne, and take over the Horde. Thrall is rescued by the remaining goblins (whose cities are completely destroyed after the majority are enslaved again by dragons), and escapes to Tirisfal.
So, in essence, any members of the Horde who refuse to follow Garrosh Hellscream are kicked out of Kalimdor completely. This means that the "good" Horde (the players) will be a member of a somewhat different faction. Whether or not this will bring the Alliance and "good" Horde together under one roof hasn't been said yet, but it seems like that might happen after the the defeat of the Lich King (and perhaps death of Varian Wrynn and promotion of Jaina Proudmoore to Queen of Stormwind?).
New classes will be introduced to certain races (Gnome Priests, Troll Shamans, etc.) and two races will be available (Goblins for Horde and Worgen for Alliance). A bunch of zones will be entirely flooded (Durotar and Thousand Needles, but new ones will open (Hyjal) and some will be changed (Azshara).
Not sure how much of it is true, but the data mining seems to point out that a good portion of it is. And since a lot of attention was being diverted from WoW to Aion (given Aion's last closed beta is being held this weekend), it makes a lot of sense for Blizzard to have "leaked" this information for the purposes of publicity.

Stay tuned, I guess! :D
