weekend happenings
I had a massive headache in the morning on both thursday and friday... felt better in the evenings but that still sucked. I hate this weather. I wish it would just make up its mind about what it wants to do. The back-and-forth really messes with my system. =(
I also went to great bbq at a friend's house... well, the house he is watching while the owners try and sell it, but my friend is thinking about buying it himself. I can't blame him at all. It needs a lot of work, but its an AMAZING house with a great yard... unbelievable big-ass bbq in backyard the yard too. We took it for a spin, cooking up some steaks and chicken, listened to some funky music all night long, and got a good buzz from pretty good wine and lots of cheap beer.
That was the highlight of the weekend... on the downside, I got to see the police pull a dead girl out of her car outside Julian’s (on Broadway). I heard in the paper that they're saying it was aneurysm... either way its a freaky experience to be relaxing with you friends and suddenly be confronted with mortality in such an imediate way... very sobering.
