First day back in office. Must lead conf call, prep for fieldwork tomorrow, process report comments, rent car for friday, get cat litter, pick up bike and birthday card for sister!, pick up scotch for Friday, get peaches/make pie for party, glaze memorial plate, ...oh, wait, I should be off doing this stuff. Bye!

Feeling un-motivated. meh.

The first winter farmers' market (yesterday) was great. A cold day, but not snowing, so there was a great turnout. Good press coverage, too.

The last day of fieldwork for a rush project I've been occupied with this month was yesterday--and a good thing, since the access agreement runs out today. We've had quite un-Novemberish weather for the last few weeks, also a good thing (see above). However, I am ready for winter now. Honest. Half an inch of snow in the whole month of November?! Job and life are conspiring to be verra difficult to fit into 24-hour days. Never mind sleep, clearly it is for the weak and undercaffeinated.
