Same here, but less snow. Waiting on one more dump like the one that took out the birch tree a few years ago. I'm ready for dirt.

Yesterday was total April Fool. Beautiful, sunny warm, 50s all day, then the cold rolled back in around 7:30p. We got some nice thunder out of that front, but now it's back to winter!

I am beyond ready for dirt...yet we're barely starting mud season! yarg.

I went to put in new hyacinths (pre sprouted for losers), convinced that mine (put in last fall) had been Box O' Fail. But guess what? There there were just not above ground yet! Yeee! Lots of spring sprouts for meeee!

Twice as many hyacinths as you expected? I just can't see how that's bad...

Well, bulbs can be tricksy little buggers. Sometimes, when you put them in during the fall they look so dehydrated and sad...and then sometimes, even when they look super, the ground gets too wet and they rot or something. That happened to a bunch of my tulips when I first put them in.

And you are always bulbalicious. :) What a great word!
