...is that occasionally it actually works for me. Like on Friday, when the expensive shoofy coffee-maker arrived in the mail. That it arrived at all, being ordered before I realized that we were in merc ret, is wonder enough in itself.
That they shipped us two, with identical packaging and slips and no indication that we were billed twice, is evidence that this merc ret thing is not all bad.
