Livejournal seems to be pretty boring as of late. Nothing major going on in anyones life. Oh well, I guess that's where I come in. If you can sense my sarcasm in that last statement you get a cookie.
Post-college life is pickin up a lil bit. I'm starting to pick up on this thing called responsibility. For the past couple years I have been spoiled when it came to me paying for shit like bills and such. Then I found out that my car insurance only costs me 30 bucks a month. If I would've known that, then I would've paid it from day one. That combined with my $214 a month student loan payments and my share of the cell phone bill (normally its 20 bucks for me b/c we have a family plan), all bills I pay are very reasonable. Ive been working crazy at Ruby Tuesdays. Yes, we make shitty money, but I have never been bitter about it. As long as I have enough to pay my bills and maybe a cd or 2 for me every now and then, I'm perfectly happy. Speaking of which, I bought the new Deftones B-Sides and Rarities cd/dvd. Very good covers of Chauffer and Simple Man. The DVD had all of their videos on it which was a major bonus.
Thanksgiving is around the corner. For some reason, the whole holiday spirit isn't really hitting me as hard as most years. I know one of the reasons why at least. This thanksgiving, I am spending it solo. I'm not saying that to try to spark invites from friends or gain pity, it's really no big deal to me. I'm sure I will be getting leftovers of sorts from when they get back and I am working that night, so I should stay relatively busy. Besides it will give me plenty of time to knock out this paper I gotta do by the 11th of December.
But anyways, that's about all I have so far. My life has been very routine as of late and I hate it, b/c I hate routine. I would like to see some folks in the very near future, so hit me up if you wish. Adios!
PS: I'm 99% going to ATL on new years for partying and a Falcons game. My VERY FIRST NFL game. YAY!!!! I don't even know who we are playing.
