Location: At Sea
It's slowly dawning on me that this is my last deployment. My last time being out on the sea. Strange how when your about to leave something you start to only look at the good things. I spent an hour yesterday during the time of sunset talking with my LPO (IT1 Mahalko). Just shooting the shit about how in San Diego if it's your last deployment you toss your cover under the bridge they have there. About how relaxing it is to just listen to the ocean. We also talked about how one of his friends got out of the Navy and how they always reminise in there Navy days.
As much as I disliked the Navy when I first joined I've grown to appreciate the other finer parts of the Navy. All of those stupid times when your doing some stupid and modaine work.
Wired how you always see the finer side of things when you know that it's going to end.
