Wog day, Thailand

Well Wog dad and Thailand didn't happen at the same time. But wog day first because it was closer.

A Wogs story
Wog day started the day before because we (departments) held little skits for the "Shellbacks" Good clean fun. Then after the show I went to make my Wog shirt. It had to be inside out and backwards. Had to have WOG on it front and back and your department as well. I also put my rate's (IT) symbol on the back (4 lightning bolts) as well. The day then started at 5am. They (Shellbacks) woke us up and made us do certain tasks till breakfast. Such as whenever a shellback entered the room we had to anownce there entry then sing a navy song, or other such things. Then for breakfast and we are (polly)wogs we have no legs so we have to duck walk around everywhere. So we go to the Forcsle (front of the ship) and got sprayed with a firehose as we circled up there. Then on the way back into the ship towards breakfast. While in line we had to do such things as pushups situps simple fitness things. So we finaly get to eat it was food colored. We then waddeled to the flight deck (two helo pads) were there were several stations. At then end of all the stations we became Shellbacks. From 5 to 12.

the Thailand story
Well I've been there twice. It's some 1 us doller to 43 baht. So things are real cheap but everything in bootleg. It's a nice Sailor port per say because of it's catered to Sailors (Bars, women, etc) But even if your not into that there are still plenty of other things that are fun as well. Bungie jumping, fast go-carts.
