DER BANDS!!!! Diese Leste wochende, ich zu eine rockconzert gegangen!!!!
Well this weekend has been something else let me tell you.
1. the shows I went to were awsome. Friday night was Twisted Thorn, Auralast and Fracture Point @ the Sets. Melissa and I hung out with Chuck and Ryan at the pizza place next to the Gym that is in the strip mall... Then after that we hung out in the parking lot, this is when Melissa asks if I wouldn't mind walking back to the Pizza place and getting her a soda. I say "of course not", so as I am walking past the Gym, (they have these HUGE glass panels on the front...) this guy that I saw working behind a desk earlier when we went by was walking the floor. He was staring at me and then after I pass, he slams his hand on the window, I turn around to see what the BOOM was. And I see this desperate loser waving at me and flicking his tounge toward the glass....... *BARFS*
Then after the show (this is where the plot truely thickens)Ryan, Drummer for Twisted Thorn, who at the end of the set is always completely spent physically (breathing hard and dehydrated) was going towards the door and his friend handed him a cup of water, when the bouncer just grabbed him and yelled something to the effect of, "YOU CAN'T TAKE THE FUCKING THING OUT SIDE!" Ry was just like "I need Air..." and then the guy grabbed him and slammed him up against the wall and Ry tried to get the guy off him and then the bouncer threw him on the floor put his knee in his back and threatened to break his arm, when other guys got involved to help Ry up, the bouncer was choking him. That guy choked him so bad (and in the state he was in with no alcohol in his blood) went into the parking lot and threw up alot... He has scratches and bruises all over his back and neck and it looks like he was punched in the face. I have the pictures of the injuries... I just hope they will come in useful.
2. Then Saturday night after work I got ready to head over to Chasers for a night of industrial chaos!!! Celeste and Nikki joined me in the quest for an evening of kick ass music. I saw a bunch of people I knew... I didn't get a chance to talk to all of them though!! Skye, Crystal (his GF), and Rod (who broke up with his GF) were there... seemingly both (R&S) drunk off their ass (hehehe). Skye told me that I looked really good since we havn't seen each other in a while. Then I saw Josh over in a dark corner and hit him up after the first set.
Also the whole evening me a (non-smoker on normal circumstances) is puffing away on clove cigs... I had 4 or 5... in ONE NIGHT!!!! I felt so light headed... but surprisingly enough I didn't get sick (ie. puking my guts out)! Chad called me during AOR's set, I had invited him to come, but when he called he had just got my message because his phone had been acting up.
I videoed HARDWIRE & THE STRAND play their sets. It was the most beautiful thing ever. :-D I got a Hardwire Cd and then we split out of there for the night. Before we went home we were talking about going to some porn shops, we drove down to the one on MILL ave, but it was just past 2:30, and that one was closed. So then we decided to just get our asses home because walking around on Mill that time of night Cops and drunk college frat boys tend to think you are prostitues...
