New CMU Textbook Store - Keppel's Text & Tales
Hey, CMU students!
Just wanted to make you aware that I have opened an online textbook store for CMU students. Not only do I have almost all the books for this Summer's classes, they're also all on sale, up to 20% off! I'm a CMU grad myself (I've been in Mount Pleasant for six years now - I just graduated in 2007 with my Masters from the School of BCA), so I wanted to find a way to make shopping for textbooks easier and less expensive for CMU students.
Since I live in Mount Pleasant, I will deliver your textbooks right to you FOR FREE - no waiting in line at the SBX or UC, no worries about them being out of stock... you get the picture. I can do this because of the amazing deal I have with my supplier - since I'm not charged for shipping, I don't see why you should be!
And, if you happen to want MORE books than just the ones for class, I can get those too - and usually around a 20% discount, unless they're incredibly rare or out-of-print.
If you'd like to order from me, here's what to do:
Send me the Course Registration Numbers for your Summer classes (I'll be around in the Fall, too, but right now, only send me Summer classes). I'll put together your order, and send you a user name and password for my website, www.keppelstext.com. There, you'll be able to change your password, update your order, and place your order through Google Checkout or Paypal. I'll let you know when your books arrive, and we'll set a 15-minute delivery window then!
If you want additional books, you can send me either the EAN or ISBN number, or just list the author and title (and edition, if necessary). You can also pre-order books this way - Harry Potter 7, anyone?
Please let any of your non-LJ friends know about this too - I need as much positive word-of-mouth as possible!
