balsamic portobello mushroom burger

One of my favorite dinners.
balsamic portobello mushroom "burger"
with mozza cheese and basil mayo.
mm so so good.



This is so easy too.
I just take the mushroom, and pull off the stem. cover it in balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, garlic salt and basil. make sure it gets all over the mushroom. Then fry it up in a pan with a bit of oil and add a slice or two of cheese once the mushroom looks cooked. Put it on a bun with whatever else you want! so yummy.
I make a basil mayo just by mixing together mayo, basil, salt, pepper a little olive oil (about a tsp depending on the amount you make), vinagar (a little less than the oil) and a little bit of mustard.



:D its a great vegetarian alternative. even though I'm not a vegetarian, I try to stay away from beef as much a possible haha.
