They're between ECL 8 and 12 at this point.

Yeah, I guess your alumni deserves credit.
Davin - cleric/sorceror/mystic theurge. The moral voice of the party, and in his absence, it's gone to hell, in more ways than one. He's currently the High Governor of Darnath, as well as a lieutenant of the Qu'xaplonar guild. Through his actions, the Qu'xaplonar came upon a clutch of Roc eggs, and they now possess a small, elite air force of a sorts.

Bah, I bet Ahten Six-fingers could dispatch them with ease. One would be dead before the party even knew they were under attack (probably the cleric). Next there'd be a surprise round, and I'd say the ninja is down. After the surprise round, Ahten goes first, and the tank falls after two sneak attacks in a row. The party moves into action, starts buffing, maybe lands a blow or two (though it's doubtful with Ahten's high AC and half concealment). Ahten's turn again, distract assailant, sneak attack, sneak attack, that's gotta hoit, and bye-bye to another tank. Too many fighters in this party, but Ahten's not too badly hurt yet. I think I'll distract assailant again and down another tank. Now the party's getting worried, especially after next round when Ahten turns invisible to hide and drink a few potions. When they let down their guard, another one feels the pain of death attack (probably the drow, giving him a taste of his own medicine). Now the party is scared, and after that surprise round it's time to double sneak attack ( ... )

Well maybe you can't use death attack on someone with uncanny dodge... Ok, so we change those last few rounds: death attack on the nymph, double backstab the fighter, duel to the death with the drow. Assassin vs. assassin, rapier on rapier action. We can even see whose darkness is better. But eventually only one is left alive: my money's on Ahten Six-fingers.

So maybe I was a little...artistic with the damage. A couple more of the fighters might still be alive after all that gets totaled, but it would be easy for Ahten Six-fingers to use Darkness to escape. Later, when they are resting and licking their wounds, he strikes again. It would totally work out.

What the heck? Does that first sentence of that last post even make sense?? I don't know why I thought "artistic" meant sense there... whatever. I couldn't think of the right word. In any case, Ahten slays everyone.

I really do enjoy how everyone feels that they have to play that "I have a bigger dick than everyone" ploy. Just cause a character can "beat the shit" out of another does not mean they have a bigger cock. The strong don't brag, and the big don't either. :P
